Fresh ingredients. We make everything from scratch except the ketchup. (And face it, you can't really improve upon Heinz's perfect blend, can you?) We only use high-quality ingredients for the burgers, fries, sandwiches, salads and one-of-a-kind sauces on our menu. Not only do we make our own homemade pickles, we found the market with the best cucumbers in Wichita to make them. And we can't forget the cake truffles. Mouth-watering. Cake. Truffles.

Local owners. We're from Wichita. We live in Wichita. We went to school in Wichita (go North High Redskins!). Wichita is home. Our family owns and operates Fizz Burgers & Bottles and is committed to running a successful business and giving back to our community. We keep our time, our money and our goodwill in Wichita.

Fizz Burgers & Bottles is a local restaurant, family-owned and operated by Dave, Pat and Scott Bergeson that opened in November 2010. Scott has more than 20-years experience in the food-service industry, including time as manager of Bella Luna and the Hyatt Regency. Family member Carol Kreager creates unique, mouth-watering truffles as well as other special orders. And don't forget Stacy. In addition to restaurant marketing, you'll find Stacy helping in the kitchen, greeting guests and shopping at a certain local market that has the best cucumbers in town.
